David serves as General Counsel and Advisor to REX2. He is an attorney with far reaching experience in institutionally-owned commercial real estate both in the U.S. and in overseas markets in development in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, as well as advisory experience in Western Africa. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), where he serves on its Economic Development Committee, and is a former Chairman of The Appraisal Foundation in Washington DC, which is the Congressionally-authorized source of U.S. real property valuation standards.

He is also sailor, airplane pilot, and licensed rock and ice climbing guide, as well as an avid golfer. David has served as Editor-in-Chief, Senior Editor, and Contributing Editor for noteworthy publications including Real Estate Review (NYU), the NY State Bar Association Journal, and the American Alpine Club.
